Publishing & Sharing

The item detail page (click an item in the library) is where you manage publication and external use.

Item detail page

  • Click the title to rename; the header shows version, brand, SKU, and color
  • Public ON/OFF — when on, anyone with the public link can open the 3D viewer
  • Basic editor in 4 steps: Placement → Color correction → Viewer theme → Thumbnail
  • Header ⋮ menu: Item statistics (→ Statistics section) · Product info · usage. Open advanced editing with the Advanced editor button in the sidebar (→ Editor section)

Embedding (copy tag)

⋯ menu → Copy tag builds an HTML tag to paste into your store or website.

  • Three variants — responsive / desktop / mobile — with PC/mobile width settings
  • Platform-specific guides are provided (Cafe24, Imweb, …)
  • Platforms that block script embeds (e.g. SmartStore) cannot use the tag — use a 3D rotation video there instead

The share button in the public viewer also offers a QR code and link copy.

Share page

Every item has a share page that puts the 3D viewer and an introduction on one page. Open it with an account that can edit the item and you can change it in place. The Share page button at the top of the advanced editor opens it.

  1. Press Customize page on the share page. Only users who can edit the item see this button
  2. Basic information: title, one-line summary, links (button name and address, up to 3)
  3. Content: a body that takes headings, lists, quotes, links and images
  4. Design: color palettes, background · button colors, layout (3D first · intro first · side by side), page width, 3D viewer ratio (16:9 · 1:1 · 9:16)
  5. Check it with Preview and Save. It only reaches the share page once saved
  • Allow search and AI listing: when on, search engines such as Google and Naver, and ChatGPT, can find and recommend this page. It is off by default, and it can take a few days after saving
  • Ad video: shows the video added with Add to share page from the AI ad video in the editor
  • To have AI draft the page → AI Edit Mode › Ad page tab

Product info and related products

The Product info popup holds metadata: product name, brand, SKU, color, website, description.

  • Product-name linking — items registered under the same product name (e.g. color variants) appear together as a related products list, and you can reorder them

Expand to AR (mesh items)

Mesh-type items can be turned into AR from the AR button in the library list view.

  • Button states: AR available → Converting → AR ✓ (ready) / AR retry (failed — shows the reason)
  • Before starting, check the item is at real product size (adjustable in the editor). Tick the checkbox if the product mounts on a wall
  • Once ready, pressing AR ✓ opens the AR page to set size and logo and copy the HTML code

Collections

The My Collections tab bundles items into a single showroom — slider, card, price-tag, and VR layouts, with preview, edit, clone, and offline export.
