Statistics Dashboard
The Statistics page shows how your published 3D viewers and AR experiences are actually used. Nothing needs to be set up — usage from shared links and embedded viewers is collected automatically and aggregated in real time.
Statistics dashboard — visitor trends
Who sees what
- Personal accounts — only 3D statistics for your own items. AR statistics and conversion analysis are not available
- Business accounts — every item in the same organization (company code) is aggregated, and AR statistics and conversion analysis are included. If your account has no company code linked yet you will see a restricted-access notice; ask your administrator to link it
- System administrators — an organization selector at the top switches between customers, and some metrics show extra admin-only cards
Data range and basis
- Visit statistics have been collected since April 11, 2025 and conversion rates since June 9, 2025. Earlier periods have no data
- The dashboard is fixed to the last 30 days. For other periods use the item statistics page (up to 365 days) or a PDF report
- All times are in Korea Standard Time (KST)
- A view is one real opening of the published 3D viewer (shared link or embed). It is not the same as a product page view
- Viewers opened as a preview — the library quick view or the style preview in the editor — are excluded from views and load attempts, so checking your own item repeatedly does not inflate the statistics
3D statistics and AR statistics
Switch with the tabs at the top. Both tabs provide visitor trend analysis; the load performance, viewer journey and conversion cards below it appear only under 3D statistics.
Visitor trend analysis
- Daily visitors — views per day over the last 30 days. Switch between chart and table view
- Hourly visitors — which hours of the day (0–23) the viewer is opened most. Useful for timing promotions or staffing support
- Referral paths — which sites visitors came from, grouped as direct · search engine · social media · external link · others. Click a path to show or hide it in the chart, and use the link button to open that page in a new tab
- Detailed analysis data — the popular content ranking and your item list for the last 30 days. Click an item to open its detailed statistics, or search by item ID
For embedded viewers the referral path is the page the viewer is embedded in. If you embed on a product page in your own store, that product page shows up as the referrer, so you can see directly which product pages open the 3D most.
The cards below
Under 3D statistics three more cards follow the visitor trends. Each has its own chapter explaining what the metrics mean.
- Model load performance — how fast and reliably the viewer comes up → Viewer performance and journey chapter
- Viewer journey — exits before load, and how long people actually looked after load → Viewer performance and journey chapter
- Overall conversion trend (business accounts) — how often the 3D showroom led to a click → Conversion analysis chapter
To dig into a single item see the → Item statistics chapter, and to export a document the → PDF reports chapter.
