Conversion Analysis
Available under 3D statistics for business accounts. It shows how often visitors who saw the 3D showroom went on to a click event (opening the product detail, or pressing a state-change button such as open/close or a color change). Collected since June 9, 2025.
Session based
Conversion is counted per session, not per view. One session is one visitor from opening the viewer to leaving, and within a session each interaction type is counted once no matter how many times it happens.
Overall conversion & user journey flow
Shows step by step which path sessions took.
- All sessions → interacted sessions (sessions that actually operated the viewer: rotate, zoom, …) → click event, with the conversion rate at each step
- Drop-off sessions — sessions that left without interacting. If this share is large, visitors may not realize the viewer is interactive; review auto-rotate or guidance UI in style editing
- Interactions are not deduplicated across types, so one session can register several interactions
Daily conversion rate
The showroom → click event conversion rate per day. Use it to see the effect of a product page redesign or a promotion.
Conversion by interaction
Compares how well sessions with each kind of interaction lead to a click.
- Rotate · zoom — basic controls
- Color click — sessions that tried a linked color variant
- 3D short-form click · 3D short-form ON/OFF — the short-form video feature
- Size measurement ON/OFF — sessions that turned on the ruler
For example, if "size measurement" sessions convert unusually well, real dimensions matter for that product: set the dimension tab accurately and keep the ruler easy to find in the viewer.
Conversion analysis on the item page
Item statistics show the same analysis for one item, with the headline metric labeled product detail event conversion rate.
Conversion tracks clicks inside the viewer only. To connect it to actual purchases in your store, combine the referral path (the product page URL) with your store's own analytics.
