PDF Reports
Use reports to keep or share statistics as a document. There are two kinds, and both follow configure → create preview → print / save as PDF. The preview is a fixed print layout; save it as PDF from the browser's print dialog.
PDF report — configuration and print preview
Statistics report (dashboard)
The Save PDF button at the top right of the dashboard. It aggregates your whole permitted scope directly on the server.
- Period — up to today, at most 90 days
- Scope — personal accounts get all my items, business accounts all organization items, and administrators can choose all customers
- Sections — total views, hourly visits with the peak hour, popular items (title and basic editor link), referrer share (referral URLs grouped by domain) and the number of aggregated days
Item statistics report
The Save PDF button in the item statistics header.
- Period — up to today, at most 365 days
- Sections — visit statistics (total views, days with views, daily views and referrers) · environment (browser, device) · conversion analysis · conversion by interaction · 3D load performance · viewer journey. Select all / clear all picks them at once
- The report header lists the item ID, ownership scope, period, generation time and the 3D model last saved time
Good to know
- For periods longer than 90 days, daily views are summed by month
- A report is a snapshot at generation time. Regenerating the same period later can differ by data that arrived late
- The time zone is Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+09:00)
- Sensitive information such as personal identifiers, session identifiers and the detailed path of referral URLs is not included
- Statistics are aggregated only within the account and organization scope the server verified when the report was generated
