Statistics FAQ
The Statistics menu shows "access restricted"
Your business account has no company code linked yet. Ask your organization administrator or support to link it. Personal accounts see the same notice on the AR statistics tab — AR statistics are provided to business accounts only.
Views differ from my store's analytics
EVOVA views count actual openings of the 3D viewer. That differs from product page views: a visitor who leaves before the viewer enters the screen may not be counted, while the same visitor refreshing is counted again.
I just opened the viewer but it is not in the statistics
Data is aggregated in real time, but metrics that need an end signal, such as viewing time and exits, are finalized after the visit ends. Load performance also hides "recently started" attempts until their result arrives. Also, viewers opened from the library quick view or the editor preview are never counted as views or load attempts, so test from the actual shared link or the embedded page.
The load performance and journey cards are missing
They are not provided under AR statistics, and under 3D statistics they are hidden while sample data is displayed. Per item, there is no data before the collection start date.
There is no conversion card
Conversion analysis is provided to business accounts only, and there is no data before June 9, 2025.
I need more than 30 days
The dashboard is fixed to the last 30 days. Item statistics accept a custom range up to 365 days, and the whole dashboard scope is available as a statistics report (up to 90 days).
Viewable time looks unusually long on iOS
Most browsers on iPhone and iPad use the estimated method (v1), which cannot filter out time when the viewer was covered. Toggle v1/v2 in the journey card to see the difference between methods → Viewer performance and journey chapter.
Load time changed after I re-saved the model
That is expected. On the item statistics page, the 3D model last saved notice marks the point after which data reflects the new model. To measure the effect of an edit, compare the periods before and after that time.
What is collected
Viewer load, display and interaction events, browser, device and operating system type, and the referring page URL. Personal identifiers, session identifiers and the detailed path of referral URLs are not included in reports.
